We don’t have flying cars. But 50 years ago the first computers took up large rooms and did computations slower than my grandma driving to church. Now we have television remote controls more powerful than the computers on the space shuttles.
Using trilateration, microwaves, and FUCKING QUANTUM…
I’m going to flip my shit if I hear one more droning, facile, argument about “Constitutionalism.”
Seriously, I’M GONNA’ DIG UP GEORGE-FUCKING-WASHINGTON, CUT OFF HIS HAND, AND SLAP A BITCH!!!
Change happens regardless of whether the president is running on it or fighting it vehemently. People change, ideas change, and societies change. Consequently, every time a major philosophical and/or technological shift is upon us, there’s always at least one group of conservative fuckheads who think it’s there job to fight it to the fucking death because they can’t fucking handle it. Not for any pragmatic reason. Nope. Just because things are “fine the way they are.”
Tell you what, fuckheads. Move to a desert-fucking-island for a year, and live with nothing. No technology, no language, no clothing, no intarwebz. Nothing! Then come back and bitch and moan about how “things were fine just the way they were.”
Can Someone Please Explain the Republican Strategy to me?
No, I mean, for realz. I legitimately don’t understand why, in a one of the most unclear election cycles in a long time, that the chief strategy for the republican policy would be to alienate Independent/Left Leaning Women. A voting block that is arguably one of, if not THE MOST, important in the country.
Anyone got any ideas, because I’m utterly flabbergasted.
